Sourdough focaccia made with flour, water, honey, salt, virgin olive oil, fresh garlic and rosemary. It’s a flat oven-baked Italian bread, similar in style and texture to pizza; Focaccia can be served as a side dish or as sandwich bread.

Cinnamon Rolls
$30 a dozen
Sourdough cinnamon rolls. Made with flour, oil, honey, water, eggs, baking powder and soda, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and a pure maple syrup and powdered sugar glaze. The long fermentation process gives the cinnamon buns a greater depth of flavor and has all the benefits of sourdough.

A very soft yeast dinner roll made with flour, water, yeast, oil, sugar, eggs, butter, and salt.

A hearty yeast bun made with flour, milk, butter, eggs, sugar, yeast and salt. They are great for hamburgers, chicken salad, sliders or anything else you can imagine that would go nicely on a bun!

Bird’s Nest Bakery is a cottage bakery that came about from a love of baking and the joy I find when blessing others with good food. The name comes from our family name “Vogel” which means “Bird” in German and the fact that I bake “from my nest”!

All items will be freshly baked as soon as possible when ordered unless scheduled otherwise. Please note that these fresh baked breads do not have preservatives and will have a shelf life of about 5 days. Best if enjoyed within 2-3 days but can be used for things like grilled cheese and french toast after that.
All items will be available 1-2 days after order is placed or can be scheduled to be made at a later date.
